The name is a dead giveaway of the location. It is located in the southland area of Nairobi. It neighbours South B to the East, Langata to the west, and the Nairobi National Park to the south.

South C is centrally located and can be accessed through various road networks. It borders Mombasa Road as well as the Southern Bypass. One can also access it through Langata Road.
